use the extreme 5B for r&b, hip-hop and fusion gigs and reggae. I
use the sd11's for straight-ahead. For my personal taste, Vic Firth are
the best on the market, and they have a HUGE variety from which ti choose.
I play Paiste Cymbals for thier great sound, huge variety, and versatility. Which is what I require to fulfill the many different styles of music that I play. See for yourself........POOF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Evans Drum heads, what more can be said about a great, great product
I use the emad bass drum head 20in. clear or coated depending on the application 2. My favorite evans Ratchet key
3.I use Evans G2 clears on the toms 4. 5. Uno 58's on the bottom side of the toms 6.I use a snare side hazy on the bottom of my snare drum. 7. And a genera coated on all my snare drums no matter the style, I find this head works great with all applications...

Definitely a part of my practice and teaching regiment, I take one of these pads with me whenever I'm performing or on the road.
